The Semantic Receiver

The receiver takes incoming content-description in the form of metadata and has to reconstruct the sound. Also, it is a two-step process decomposable into the decoding step and the synthesis step. Nevertheless in this case, and as we will see in 5.2.2, both blocks can be combined into a single functional component.
