Descriptors infrastructure

Descriptors are a special kind of Processing Data (see 3.2.2) that have proven very useful and necessary for many applications mainly related to audio content processing. At this moment, CLAM offers a limited infrastructure for computing and using descriptors related to the Processing Data.
